Certified Organic & Biodynamic

This wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc sourced from one of Margaret River’s few certified organic and biodynamic vineyards, a wild and untamed site in Yallingup planted in 1992 and located just 2.5km from the ocean. Although the name references its origins as a dynamic blend, the wine has been entirely Chenin Blanc for several vintages, with the name now reflecting the energy and vitality of the vineyard itself.

The fruit was hand picked, chilled overnight, hand sorted and lightly cold pressed as whole bunches, with 20% seeing 24 hours on skins. Wild fermentation took place in mature French barriques and clay amphorae, followed by 11 months on lees with regular bâtonnage. The resulting wine is textural, energetic and savoury, with layers of complexity balanced by freshness and purity.
