Adrian, one of only six Master Sommeliers in Australia, brings over two decades of experience in the wine industry. His journey includes more than a decade as Group Sommelier for Merivale, overseeing wine programs at renowned venues such as Mr Wong, Totti's, and Fred's. With a passion for sharing the stories behind each bottle, Adrian has created a space where both seasoned wine enthusiasts and newcomers can explore and enjoy.
