  • Order & account: items purchased, order notes, receipts, account login (hashed), preferences/wishlist.

  • Payment: payment method details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Communications: enquiries, reviews, survey responses, marketing opt‑ins/opt‑outs.

  • Events & tastings (if applicable): attendee names, dietary notes you choose to provide.

When you visit or use our Services we may automatically collect:

This includes encrypted transport (TLS/SSL), access controls, least‑privilege practices and monitoring. Payment information is handled by PCI‑compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if you have security concerns, please contact us.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When we no longer need the information, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de‑identify it.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections to ensure it is accurate, up‑to‑date and complete (APP 12 & 13). You can also:

  • update some details directly via your account (if you have one);

  • unsubscribe from marketing via the link in our emails/SMS or by emailing us;

  • contact us to request deletion where appropriate (subject to legal retention requirements).

We will respond to access/correction requests within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
