Certified Organic & Biodynamic

This Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a wild, untrellised vineyard located at the northern tip of Margaret River just 2km from the ocean. Certified organic and biodynamic, the vineyard is farmed entirely without irrigation, tilling, pruning or chemicals, allowing nature to shape the fruit expression.

The grapes were hand picked, cooled and meticulously sorted bunch by bunch and berry by berry before naturally fermenting as whole berries in large-format barrels over thirty days with hand plunging and no temperature control. Following fermentation, the wine matured for eighteen months in oak, 20% of which was new.

Unlike many Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignons that include small portions of other Bordeaux varieties in the blend, this wine is entirely Cabernet Sauvignon. Complexity is instead achieved through whole-berry barrel fermentation, producing a wine with depth, structure and purity while maintaining the hallmark elegance of Margaret River Cabernet.
