Between the Capes Chardonnay brings together fruit from three standout Margaret River sites, Willyabrup, Metricup and Karridale, all planted to the Gin Gin clone. Hand picked and whole-bunch pressed, the wine was wild fermented in French oak and matured on lees for 10 months, with no malolactic fermentation in 2025 to preserve freshness and precision. 

White peach, citrus blossom and subtle coastal salinity sit alongside the signature textural style of L.A.S. Vino, creating a Chardonnay that balances generosity with tension and finesse.
