Pinot Noir + Chardonnay Blend

Normally described as “strawberries and cream” in a bottle, the 2025 release takes on a more savoury and complex direction while retaining the signature brightness and texture of the style. A blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, the wine was matured with 80% in barrique and 20% in clay amphora, creating a layered and textural rosé with elements of barrel fermentation and malolactic character.

The 2025 vintage also marks an innovative step forward, incorporating yeasts sourced from native Australian flowers to initiate portions of the barrel fermentations. These individual ferments contribute added complexity, texture and aromatic detail, while a new Chardonnay vineyard in the blend helps round out the mid-palate.
