Located on the left bank of the Serein River, Vaillons is one of the largest and most celebrated Premier Cru vineyards in Chablis. Vinification is designed to preserve aromatic purity and precision, with fermentation and élevage focused on highlighting the vineyard’s naturally expressive character.

In 2023, Vaillons displays exceptional aromatic complexity. White flowers, jasmine, citrus blossom and ripe orchard fruits emerge from the glass with remarkable clarity. The palate is bright and finely detailed, offering layers of lemon, apple and subtle stone fruit framed by fresh acidity and chalky minerality. While immediately appealing, the wine possesses impressive depth and structure, promising further complexity with bottle age.
