Produced from mature Aligoté vines planted on limestone-rich soils around Gevrey-Chambertin. Fermented and matured with minimal intervention to preserve freshness and site expression.

The 2023 is crisp and mineral, with notes of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers and chalk. Taut and energetic, it offers far greater depth and complexity than the appellation might suggest.
