The estate's flagship Brunello is sourced from vineyards planted on medium-textured marl soils of Eocene origin, between 240 and 360 metres above sea level. Made entirely from Sangiovese, fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel and glass-lined concrete vats before extended ageing in large Slavonian oak casks and further bottle maturation. The 2021 vintage displays intense aromas of ripe red berries, flowers and sweet spice, leading to a palate that is warm, harmonious and beautifully structured, supported by refined tannins, vibrant acidity and exceptional length. A classic Brunello with impressive ageing potential and a benchmark expression of the estate's style.
