"100% Syrah. This wine is a blend of parcels located adjacent to the crus, within the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes region. Aged for 8 months, 50% in barrels and 50% in tanks. It has a brilliant red color. The nose is pleasant and aromatic, with notes of fresh red fruit. On the palate, these fresh red fruits reappear, underscored by the spicy notes of Syrah. Enjoy it young or within 3-4 years, pairing well with charcuterie or grilled meats such as beef kebabs."
