"90% Syrah, 10% Viognier. This cuvée comes from the southern part of the Côte-Rôtie appellation, on the Côte Blonde, on the Bassenon hillside, on a gneiss terroir. The wine has a deep, purplish color. The nose is seductive and fruity, with persistent notes of blackberries and flowers. The palate is fine and silky, with the minerality of the terroir providing freshness. This wine can be enjoyed young to appreciate its fruitiness. The experience will be even more beautiful after 10 years of aging. Pair with a lamb shank confit with honey and thyme."
