The fruit comes from high-altitude vineyards on the northern face of Mount Etna, rooted in black volcanic sands and lava stones that lend both freshness and mineral depth.

The 2022 vintage shows a bright ruby hue with aromas of red berries, sour cherry, wild herbs, and a subtle smoky undertone. The palate is elegant and balanced, with vibrant acidity, silky tannins, and layers of spice and mineral character that echo the volcanic terroir.
