'This Gewürztraminer captures the essence of Topper’s Mountain and the personality of the variety itself. From vineyard to bottle, every step is focused on balancing natural aromatics and texture with freshness and elegance. The result? An expressive and complex wine, perfectly suited to vibrant cuisine.

The grapes were whole-bunch pressed, and the juice was allowed to settle lightly overnight before fermentation. Spontaneous fermentation took place in ceramic vessels, followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. The wine was then matured in old puncheons, allowing it to develop depth and complexity while preserving the purity of fruit and terroir.'
