The Volcanic Pinot is sourced from Lusatia Park in Woori Yallock, where red basalt and iron-rich soils impart both brightness and a firm mineral line. The wine delivers juicy red fruits woven with earthy, savoury nuances and a subtle mineral crunch. True to the Mayer approach, whole bunches play a key role in the ferment, and the winemaking is deliberately gentle to allow the site to shine.
