The 2024 vintage was fermented with 100% whole bunches and made with minimal intervention, highlighting Mayer’s commitment to purity and structure. Expect lifted aromatics of dark plum, blackberry, cracked pepper and ferrous earth, with silky tannins and a long, spice-laced finish.
