From the historic Tiberini family estate at Podere Le Caggiole, this Vino Nobile reflects seven generations of tradition and a deep commitment to organic, sustainable farming. The vineyards; planted primarily to Sangiovese (Prugnolo Gentile) with small amounts of Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo; sit on tuff, clay, and ancient sandy soils at 290–310 metres, producing fruit of purity and freshness.

The wine opens with vibrant aromas of wild cherry, red plum, dried rose and a gentle earthy–balsamic note. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, offering layers of red berry fruit, savory spice, and subtle leather. Fine-grained tannins and lively acidity give structure and drive, leading to a long finish marked by cherry, dried herbs, and mineral tension. Elegant, classically styled, and beautifully balanced, it drinks well now but has the structure to develop further in bottle.
