Thomas Perseval Art’Terre is a biodynamic sparkling wine crafted by young vigneron Thomas Perseval in the Champagne region of France. Produced from the classic Champagne varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier—this cuvée reflects both its origins and its maker’s hands-on philosophy.

As the third generation to farm his family’s 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the village of Chamery, Thomas Perseval has taken the estate a step further than his father and grandfather by converting it entirely to organic viticulture. Inspired by a new wave of Champagne growers who seek to express terroir with minimal intervention, he produces sparkling wines that are authentic, direct, and full of character.

Art’Terre is sourced from vineyards owned by the family since 1970, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park. The vines, ooted in sandy, clay, and limestone soils, have been farmed organically since 2012 and are cultivated biodynamically using herbal preparations and plant infusions. Harvesting is done entirely by hand at optimal ripeness.
