Aromatically, the wine leans toward restrained citrus, preserved lemon, white stone fruit and subtle herbal nuances, underpinned by a distinct chalky minerality and gentle oak complexity. The palate is dry and tightly structured, with vibrant natural acidity providing energy and focus throughout. Ripe fruit concentration from the low-yielding, close-planted vineyard is balanced by a savoury edge and a velvety, layered texture derived from fermentation in old oak barrels and demi-muids.

The Terra Rossa soils over limestone contribute both generosity and freshness, while the cool season and extended dry conditions leading into harvest preserved remarkable acidity and flavour definition.
