The original wine of the collection, sourced from the Laycock Family Vineyard in Greenock, The Standish is the most classically Barossan expression of the quartet. The 2024 vintage shows a darker fruit profile than its siblings, with layers of black cherry, plum, exotic spice, ironstone and earth. Full-bodied and concentrated, it combines immense depth and power with impressive detail, mineral tension and finely woven tannins. A benchmark Greenock Shiraz that captures both the generosity and structure for which Standish is renowned.
