Produced from the historic Hongell Family Vineyard in Krondorf, planted on its own roots in 1912, The Relic is co-fermented with a small proportion of Viognier. The 2024 vintage is deeply perfumed and expressive, offering aromas of satsuma plum, liquorice, violets and exotic spice. The palate is layered, luscious and complex, balancing Barossa richness with freshness, floral lift and fine tannin structure. Widely regarded as one of Australia's finest Shiraz-Viognier blends.
