Sons of Eden’s Marschall Shiraz pays tribute to the pioneering Marschall family, blending fruit from their historic vineyards in Tanunda and Ebenezer within the Barossa Valley. This renowned region’s sandy soils in Tanunda yield aromatic Shiraz, while Ebenezer’s iron-rich soils contribute density and structure. The wine is crafted using extended skin contact of 15 to 20 days, including a cold soak to gently extract flavour, followed by maturation for 14 months in a mix of new and seasoned oak hogsheads with minimal intervention, and bottled unfiltered. On the nose, it reveals vibrant dark cherry and complex wild berry aromas, leading to a juicy palate of intense dark red fruits balanced by velvety tannins.
