Ruinart, founded in 1729 in Reims, is the oldest established Champagne house and remains celebrated for its luminous, Chardonnay-driven style. The Blanc de Blancs is composed entirely of Chardonnay, primarily from Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims crus, with the addition of grapes from Sézannais and the Vesle Valley.
