Fresh, vibrant, and mineral-driven, it’s a versatile wine suited to any meal. After a careful hand harvest, the grapes undergo a gentle three-day maceration on the skins, resulting in a wine with deep colour, lively aromatics of ripe red fruit, wild herbs, and subtle floral tones. The palate is supple and balanced, offering freshness, fine tannins, and a lightly saline finish that speaks to its Piedmontese origins.
