The fruit is sourced from limestone-rich vineyards across multiple high-quality parcels, including Montpedrós at 455m altitude, ensuring freshness and complexity. This 57% Xarel·lo, 25% Macabeu, 17% Parellada, and 1% Monastrell blend is made in the traditional method, aged 39 months on lees, and bottled with zero dosage for purity and precision. Aromas of sweet herbs, orange peel, and crusty sourdough lead into a textured palate of stone fruit, citrus, almond, marzipan, and a savoury, saline edge, lifted by fine bubbles and gentle bitterness.
