"Opens with candied lemon and lime rind, chamomile flowers and macadamia praline. A touch of marzipan and candy floss on the nose. The palate arrives with energy and flow. Honey Murcott mandarin, beeswax, fresh ripe lemon and lime. A delicate textural mid-palate flows into a long, mineral-driven, subtly briny finish.

All clones are hand picked together and whole bunched pressed to old large format oak with all its solids and allowed to ferment using indigenous yeasts. The wine goes through partial-malo with the occasional batongage in order to build texture. Bottled after 8 months in barrel with a light filtration."
