A classic qvevri-fermented Saperavi from Kakheti, made with native yeasts and extended skin contact to build depth and structure. Deeply coloured and aromatic, it shows dark berries, black plum, spice and savoury earth. Firm yet polished tannins and vibrant acidity carry through to a long, dry, age-worthy finish.
