This is a more complex and textural expression of Pinot Gris, combining fruit intensity with structural depth. Aromas of ripe pear, apple and stone fruit are layered with subtle spice and savoury nuance from partial barrel fermentation. The palate is dry and generous, with extended lees contact contributing weight and roundness, balanced by Central Otago’s naturally high acidity. The wine shows excellent tension between richness and freshness, finishing long and composed.
