Aromas of white peach, lemon curd and nectarine are complemented by subtle struck-match, cashew and mineral notes. Barrel fermentation in French oak, followed by partial malolactic fermentation, builds texture while preserving a precise acid line. The palate is finely structured and linear, with well-integrated oak, natural acidity and a long, focused finish. Extended time on lees adds complexity and depth without excess weight.
