A unique expression of 100% Baga, sourced from organically and biodynamically farmed vineyards and fermented entirely in 500L clay amphorae with indigenous yeasts, eliminating any influence from oak. The amphora elevage preserves the transparency of the fruit and the purity of the limestone terroir, resulting in a wine that is delicate, energetic and highly expressive of place. Lightly structured with floral aromatics and crunchy red berry fruit.
