A blend of 80% Bical and 20% Arinto from organically farmed vineyards on Jurassic chalky clay soils just 15km from the Atlantic Ocean. The varieties are harvested separately, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with 10% fermented in 500–600L French oak casks and the balance in stainless steel. The wine matures on fine lees without bâtonnage before blending in spring, preserving its freshness, mineral precision and maritime character. A vibrant, saline white with restrained citrus and pear notes.
