Made from 100% Baga grown across several organically farmed Bairrada vineyards rooted in limestone-rich clay soils. The fruit is hand-harvested, fully destemmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts using gentle extraction to highlight the naturally elegant side of Baga. The wine is matured without oak and bottled after a short period of ageing to retain freshness, bright fruit and the variety's distinctive energy. Expect vibrant red fruits with fine tannins and lively acidity.
