A traditional-method Georgian sparkling wine based on indigenous varieties Chinuri, Tsitska, Goruli Mtsvane and Tsolikouri, sourced primarily from Kartli. The base wines ferment with native yeasts before secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees ageing, giving fine mousse and savoury complexity. Aromas of green apple, citrus oil and fresh bread lead to a dry, mineral palate with subtle phenolic grip and a long, saline finish.
