Dr Edge 'Brut Nature'  is a Traditional Method Sparkling blend of Tamar Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Meunier.  

Predominantly 2022 and 2021 base material, the wine is left to develop in bottle on tirage for 2 years. - Disgorged 'Brut Nature' or 'Bone Dry' - July 2024
