The region’s cool climate and limestone-influenced soils provide freshness and drive, well-suited to vibrant rosé styles. Fermented and aged in barrel for four months on full lees, the wine gains subtle texture and complexity without sacrificing lift. Delicate and floral, it delivers slippery red cherry, cranberry, citrus and gentle spice, finishing dry and bright with a savoury, mouthwatering snap.
