From 80+ year-old vines in Blewitt Springs, the 2023 MMAD Grenache is a benchmark wine of quiet power and tension, balancing richness and structure with rare finesse. Red cherry, raspberry, and floral lift unfurl over a spine of savoury, grainy tannin and mineral detail, thanks to its sandy soils and old vine pedigree. Fermented with about 15% whole bunch and raised in concrete and large oak, it’s plush up front, with a commanding finish. An exceptional example of site-driven, modern Australian Grenache.
