Sourced from 6 hectares of certified organically farmed vineyards from around the villages of Beine and Maligny. A combination of Estate grown fruit and a long term grower who also farms organically. Vines averaging 30 years old.

Wild Ferment from pied de cuve, fermented then aged entirely in stainless steel on fine lees for a least minimum of nine months. 100% malolactic.
