The Etna Rosso is sourced from hand-harvested vineyards grown on ancient lava flows at altitude on Mount Etna. This wine displays bright red fruit, savoury nuance and vibrant acidity, framed by fine tannins and volcanic minerality. Vinification is carried out with restraint to emphasise site expression, allowing the character of Etna’s soils and climate to take centre stage.
