Les Allées du Vignoble Petit Chablis 2023 is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in organically certified vineyards around Beine, Chablis and Maligny, with an average vine age of approximately 25 years, and reflects a precise, modern expression of Petit Chablis. The wine is wild-fermented using a pied de cuve, undergoes 100% malolactic fermentation, and is matured entirely in stainless steel on fine lees for around six months, with no oak influence, preserving purity and tension.

The nose is clean and focused, showing lemon zest, green apple and white peach, layered with subtle white floral notes and a cool, chalky mineral edge. On the palate, it is bright and energetic, driven by crisp acidity and saline, oyster-shell minerality, with fine lees contact adding gentle texture and balance through the mid-palate. The finish is dry, precise and refreshing, making this a classic, racy Petit Chablis that drinks beautifully young while offering short-term cellaring potential.
