This year sees a change of supplier. The wine is a blend of several parcels coming from the Chassagne side of Santenay. This sees a richer style than the previous 2 vintages. Fermented in various sized barrels and a Clayver. 25% new oak. Still holding notes of lemon along with white peaches. More full bodied than the Bourgogne Blanc with a long finish.
