The vineyards lie on varied soils of sand, limestone, clay, and granite pebbles in a Mediterranean climate, producing about 6,000 bottles annually. The wine undergoes aging in two-year-old foudres and amphoras, emphasizing finesse and freshness. On the nose, it offers floral notes of peony and garden roses, while the palate reveals fresh, fine tannins with flavors of cherry, raspberry, bitter chocolate, licorice, and subtle tobacco.
