Made from 100% Tsolikouri grown in the mountainous Lechkhumi region, this wine is fermented and aged in above-ground qvevri to preserve freshness and site expression. The style is precise and lightly textured, showing citrus peel, white flowers and almond skin, underpinned by gentle tannin and bright acidity. Finishes clean, mineral and quietly savoury.
