The estate Shiraz represents the essence of Hentley Farm’s vineyards in the Barossa Valley. Sourced from blocks on red clay loam over limestone, siltstone, and bluestone, the fruit was harvested between late February and mid-March 2024. The wine was de-stemmed, given extended skin contact, and matured in seasoned French oak for 15 months. The result is a beautifully balanced Shiraz with deep colour, aromas of plum, mulberry, sage, and blueberry, and a palate of fine-grained tannins with a soft, elegant finish.
