Yamanashi de Grace Rouge showcases Grace Wine’s approach to multi-varietal red blends from the region, combining locally grown Muscat Bailey A with Bordeaux varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. In the 2023 vintage, grapes from different parcels were vinified separately and matured in French oak for nearly a year, producing a red that balances ripe plum and blue fruit aromas with fresh acidity and integrated tannins. The result is an approachable yet structured wine that reflects careful vineyard selection and the vibrant climate of Yamanashi.
