The Misawa Vineyard Rosé is a dry, elegant expression made primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot grown without herbicides or chemical fertilisers on the Misawa Estate. For the 2024 edition, Grace utilised both direct press and saignée techniques to capture bright red fruit, citrus and floral aromatics, with the wine subsequently rested in old French oak to enhance texture and palate presence. This rosé reflects both varietal purity and site character, offering lifted aromatics balanced by refreshing acidity.
