Grown across select high-altitude sites in Basket Range and Summertown, planted on quartz and sandstone-based soils, this Pinot Noir captures the cooler edge of the Adelaide Hills. Wild fermentation, a portion of whole bunch, and maturation in older French oak barrels allow site to remain front and centre. The 2025 vintage is finely tuned and transparent, with red cherry, cranberry and subtle spice layered over silken tannins. Pure, composed and expressive, it speaks clearly of vineyard and season.
