Grown on grafted Cabernet vines planted in 1999 and fermented carbonically as whole bunches before foot stomping, pressing, and ageing in seasoned oak, it’s a Gamay of both generosity and restraint. Red berries and cherries drive the palate, layered with earthy, gamey and graphite-like savouriness, framed by soft but defined tannins and vibrant acidity.
