Layered, jammy and approachable.

Crafted in small batches from Australian-grown malt, then rested for nine years in a tawny casks before a finishing stint in Oloroso and PX. It's a compelling combination that brings together juicy fruit, dark sticky sweetness and a gentle thread of spice. A whisky with plenty going on – a flickering of tropical notes, chocolate-dipped apricots, caramelised banana and soft baking spice carrying through the palate. Full-bodied and generous without being heavy. A good example of complexity that never overwhelms.

Tasting notes: Green apple and pineapple syrup to start, then chocolate-dipped apricot, medjool dates and caramelised banana. The finish leans dessert-like – brûléed banana, soft allspice and a gentle, lingering warmth.
