Drawn from the estate’s granite hillside vineyard in Beechworth, where cool nights and free-draining soils produce fruit of exceptional purity and natural balance. The site’s elevation allows the grapes to ripen slowly, developing flavour complexity while retaining the vibrant acidity that defines the region’s finest Chardonnay.

In the winery the fruit is handled gently to preserve its natural character. Fermentation typically takes place in French oak barrels, where the wine develops texture and complexity during élevage while maintaining freshness and precision.

The resulting wine shows aromas of white peach, citrus blossom and lemon zest, with subtle layers of almond, spice and mineral complexity. On the palate the wine is finely structured and energetic, combining bright citrus and stone-fruit flavours with a creamy texture and a long, mineral-driven finish.
