The Bouzeron “Les Corcelles” is a wine from a plot planted with the Aligoté grape variety known as “golden”, facing due west on a silty and stony mid-slope soil. Paying close attention to respecting the terroir: ploughing, Guyot Poussard pruning, bud thinning, and leaf removal. Only using products authorised for organic viticulture.

In the cellar, we vinify and age this wine in 450-litre barrels as well as in stoneware jars. With the "Doreau" cooperage, we pay close attention to the terroir of origin of our oaks, in order to obtain a controlled aromatic contribution that respects the identity of the wine. 

This Bouzeron, with aromas of ripe white fruits, nuanced with verbena, reveals its fruity character from the first sip, leading to a mineral and mouthwatering finish.
