The usual play on words here for a French wine label. ‘Jajatoès’ means bad wine/basic wine in local pidgin. Lori’s Mum has a cockatoo so that adorns the label. In 2022, this is a blend of Viognier, Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache from different terroirs of the domaine co-fermented in cement vats at around 18 degrees. 12.5% and 10ppm sulphur at bottling.
